Initially, this was an English-language promotional package for parents of children with special needs. The objective was to provide information regarding support and guidance on education: for example, selecting a school, who to talk to, funding and support.

 

Existing publications that covered these areas were considered too corporate and a bit intimidating. With East Belfast Partnership we developed a more informal, positive presentation where the information was listed as bullet points on a series of subject cards each with a simple illustration.

 

We were subsequently commissioned by South Belfast Partnership to produce the
