Connswater Community Greenway started out as a small, community based, organisation with big plans to revitalise the Connswater Knock and Loop rivers in east Belfast. 

In 2009 these plans became a reality when they were awarded a £29 million Lottery grant. Along with planning applications and construction tenders it was decided to update the schemes’ identity. 

To expedite the approval process and maintain brand traction Image Zoo recommended updating the existing `Y´ logo and give it a more open and welcoming form. The new logo was then rendered using brighter colours and paired with a no nonsense slab-serif font.
